Standalone simply means that you can't use the old character. The story will no doubt continue since the game takes place in North Underrail.

Styg, if you read the shit on here, please. Try to make the 2D sprites work how you want instead of outright replacing them with 3D, I beg of you. The sprites were great in Underrail, use your skills to make even better 2D art rather then replacing it
