Just checked. During the final transformation fight for like a few seconds at a time there's flies but like her dragon form it seems to be a side effect of being poisoned by the dagger. She never summons them in her humanoid form and seems to bleed flies when shot in her dragon from. I didn't remember because they don't do shit and I was distracted by the GAPING DRAGON MONSTER.
