Legitimately worth while, but all of them need to work together. There was a time when Yuzu had for like 2 weeks a legit Switch Online emulator alternative - not local network play, but online play. However they took it down really fast after they figured they'd get fucked over by Nintendo legally if they didn't dev it in secret. Though it has been a year or more now so I'd like to see more. Citra has a pretty decent online play setup with "rooms", but I don't know if it can support 3DS 'suspend' mode, streetpass/spotpass, or online play as opposed to local network play but you can do things like play tri-force heroes and shit together with the rooms. That should at least come to Yuzu and Ryujinx, but ideally they need an emulated server setup for playing Splatoon 2 and later 3 online, Smash Ultimate, MarioKart 8 Deluxe, the Musou games, and more.

XC1 DE and XC2 seem to work near flawlessly now on Yuzu and/or Ryujinx. Not sure which is better but check out recent videos in the last month or two and you';ll see there is function and graphical fidelity. Hell, Yuzu now has a resolution altering function now when it didn't for a long time.

XC2 crashes in the menus literally all the time. Which is annoying because you need to play it on Ryujinx for chapter 3 because the chapter 3 title screen fucks up the graphics for the rest of the game.

XBC2 is the epitome of spaghetti pajeet rajeesh code. it has various memory leaks that are impossible to plug. it can crush on real hardware and the memory leaks are only exasperated on emulators. Yuzu crashes way more often. these crashes btw are triggered by navigating the fucking MENU. it also doesnt delete loaded areas properly so there is a huge memory leak when playing the game for an extensive period, causing the dynamic resolution to kick in. this is why there are screenshots of it running at 144p.

I barely use my switch. My pc runs current games at 1080p 60fps+ so I'm pretty sure games would run fine.

Neither Switch emulator is close to perfect yet. Cemu is what a good emulator looks like, and seeing as most worthwhile Switch games are Wii U ports, you can use Cemu to play most of the Switch's library perfectly on PC.

user, not even NAZA PCs can run some random PS2 games because the emulator is fucking ass. Some switch games take weeks for them to work properly and still end up having framerate problems in decent rigs
Just play shit on your switch if the emulator doesn't work for that game, and when the emulator fixes those game specific issues, you can just transfer your save from the console to the PC

What? Especially for starting a lot later , Yuzu and Ryujinx are great. Cemu is solid overall and when it goes open source later this year that will be great, but its obvious that outside of some cases where the games are exactly the same on both (ie BOTW) the Switch version of games on WiiU are generally better (ie MK8 Deluxe vs the WiiU version, Hyrule Warriors vs Definitive Edition etc). Cemu is great for its uses but the Switch emus are close to perfect/perfect for many even recent released titles .

It's making better progress than RPCS3 isn't it? I ended up selling my PS3 since I barely used it and only cared for like 2 games that weren't emulatable. Think I'll just do the same for the switch. My battery life is dogshit on this version anyways.

Whenever ryujinx gets vulkan etc done it may be an overall better option, but right now unless you have a good pc, yuzu shits on ryujinx performance wise and there's a big rewrite incoming that will improve it a lot.
