They probably want to hit Benten first to see if it would reduce Drytron's usage rate before going after Eva who is more important to other decks
I don't care about skill drain vs IO. I think they should have banned IO but I don't think both should be allowed at any one time since drawing both is essentially an instant win. One or the other should have been banned but whatever, at least Eldlich will be weaker anyway
I agree I actually like that it's rather minimal though I think banning vfd or Rhongo probably would have been good too. Even if I don't have massive trouble with them just the mere concepts behind those cards are super cancer and I don't think they deserve to be something anyone can go into if they want. I'll wait to see how the consistency hits shake things up before passing more judgement. I could see Rhongo in particular being a lot worse since the PK combo was already kinda fragile.
