the gunplay sucks dick especially after they nerfed crits. the city can look pretty but is completely devoid of any meaningful content. civilian ai is garbage, random quests are garbage, and police are pretty much nonexistent unless you run around shooting civilians which usually happens when their garbage ai makes them run directly into your firefights.

I actually like the game overall. I've enjoyed my ~30 hours of time in it, largely due to the amazing map, graphics and photo mode. But I'm not gonna kid myself into thinking it's got a great story just because it was made by the people who did Hearts of Stone.
