From what I recall reading, Sanzo got hired to do some kind of monster girl manga series that they were hoping to eventually turn into an anime. Issue is she wanted to draw the same kinds of monsters she always has drawn before, but the execs kept pushing her to instead design them as humanlike anime monstergirl waifus. Eventually she relented, the series bombed specifically because they were not actual "monsters" like Sanzo wanted to draw but just waifus, and it got cancelled early without even bothering to come up with an anime pilot.

Sanzo apparently had some severe self-esteem issues and her monster drawings were a reflection of how she felt about herself, and after the whole forcing her to draw what she saw as a self-image into a fanservice human-like monstergirl and then having that fail spectacularly caused her to just leave the internet and cut off contact. She hasn't been heard of online since, I'm hoping it didn't drive her to suicide.
