yes I drew this.
truly tragic
Too busy to draw, infact, busy for an entire month sadly.
Yes but I need to focus on studying right now so I can't draw anything this week.
get some graphic design hipster in Vancouver to do it for you
then get it done for free by telling him afterwards that you'll pay him with ""exposure"" lol
Technically yes.

Yes I'm a professional 2D animator for indie gaemz
Honestly I wish I still could. I haven't done much in too long. Progress lost. I just don't know where to start again. I can't make sense of gesture or any of that fucking shit.
yes
i wish i could draw like you user
nice, gummy worm is my favourite demon
Sometimes
I see that 's using whatever "uneven force" rule. But I don't see how you're supposed to make that work with construction and perspective.
Like, Proko looks at a model and somehow just derives gesture from it, which makes zero sense to me.
This is based
So any artfags with a following here? H-how did you do that?
Just draw
ya but im not proud of them
can you post the full pic bro?
draw, retard. Learn to use tags, add mutuals on any site, follow other drawfags (never interact) and when you finally MAKE IT: Open up commisions
It's actually an image set.

I'm too much of a perfectionist to get back into art. I'd rather just absorb other's creativity than attempt to produce my own again.
Figure out which timezone has the most fans of that thing you like drawing, post and be active then. Engage and interact with other artists/creators, compliment their work, talk to them, draw their ocs, etc.
very based. i will be enjoying these.
I am glad it conveyed my desire to rape a bratty loli as if she were a disposable onahole properly!
How do native japs learn to draw anime style from the start? I want to skip western realism grinding and draw 2d from the beginning like them.
last night before I passed out
Good shit.
They probably just ape a lot of animu from a young age but the good ones still learn fundamentals while having a more innate understanding of their manga/anime roots because they were raised with that style as the norm rather than the exception.
I'm sorry user, you can't skip anything. You have to actually learn how to draw.
I just draw when i see fit. Im starting to burnout I think
RIP Depth
>How do native japs learn to draw anime style from the start?
If you want to draw anime, learn to draw anime retard.
Loomis is dumb and gay, what other construction methods are out there?
Vilppu, just enjoy it, man
How much would you pay for something like this? Since I'm not that great, I usually price around or under $30. I'm doing my best to get better. Hopefully one day I can be great like Raita-sama
Just draw. Stop approaching art like you do with math or programming.
Depends on how degenerate you go honestly. I am also a fucking tightwad and try to get what I can out of people without them feeling like they are getting ripped off
vn technically
yeah
damn i haven't finished anything since the last one of these threads. probably gonna draw goth parasoul tonight but who knows if ill ever finish it.
also did this edit
Of course,I'm redrawing one I did a while ago
i guess this counts
>tfw like the feel and look of textured brushes but hate having to color/render around them
Follow trends. For example Makoto Niijima's birthday was yesterday so people are gonna be searching for her, so you might get more people seeing your stuff if you post her
Hmm, $30 at the lowest. Probably can get away with $60 for background and shading + $20/additional character.
I would commission you for my vn
Coloring is the funnest part. My most favorite part about drawing is being able to 'texture' semen and vaginal fluids since I've found it's pretty hard to fuck it up. You just need a decent palette for cum and it usually turns out good.
lmao
>want to be a porn artist but can't find a good clean pen name that isn't already taken
just do a simple dumb name, retard. As long as i can coom to it and the name easy to find youre game
nice bg. not many artists draw those
how the fuck are you going to be a porn artist if you're not creative enough to come up with a fucking handle
i'm trying to balance programming, art, music and 3d modeling. if i were smart, i would just do programming and art and make a 2d game with no music. maybe the other skills will pay off in the long run. a warning to others, if you try to self-improve you will be met with seethe from insecure people
I used to color a fuck ton and well then people told me to stop it and focus on drawing and now I can draw decently but can't color.
yeah cause u suck nigger
pyw
Thanks user, I will consider that.
Because not just any name will do and many good ones I like and came up with myself were already taken on twitter and such.
I just use a number. Then again, I'm not good.
When did you start? im you 5 years from now
Mine is literally four random letters I mashed on a keyboard. You make the name, the name doesn't make you.
Nah lunaticsoda will recognize me and try to dox me hes a regular in the draw threads
>if you try to self-improve you will be met with seethe from insecure people
What if youre on the other end? You self-improve but nothing seems to be working and youre the insecure asshole that keeps you down while other are cheering on you?
Self-improving =/= trying to do everything yourself. Very few people in history were talented enough to do everything well in a single lifetime. Unironically scope down.
i'm scared of loging into twitter bros...
pussy
hhnhg pikel
>Probably can get away with $60 for background and shading + $20/additional character.
It honestly depends on how far they go and what they do, how much demand they want, etc. Also if the time the artist spends is worth what they are being paid of course.
The big problem with commissions is people think one size fits all. People either say something is too cheap or too expensive, without taking into account the actual work flow of things. If you find yourself with longer queues, then chances are you are undercharging. I see many artists fall into this trap, to where their queues end up like 18 years long because they underprice themselves. Though sometimes with lower prices, I see artists get more picky in terms of what they take on to counter balance this.
By that same token, if you aren't netting the results you want with your price tag, then your prices are either too high, or your name isnt out there enough yet, usually more of the later, but at the end of the day, with the ever changing landscape, sites such as Skeb making things more competitive and such, you will have to determine the right amount for yourself
A lot of artists make for poor business men, and they often trap themselves in a hell of their own creation, reading and knowing the market and your limits will find you success anywhere. Ive seen people draw deviant art awful looking fetish tier shit for 60 bucks with no background easily, and yet ive also gotten full blown animations for less than that.
Kek
I like these threads because you fuckers remind me that I should get a useful hobby that's not putting 500 hours into elden ring and dumping 30 gb into videos.
is that a poop hole
I wish I could. Do real artists ever make it out of the depression?
>want to be a porn artist
Don't do it. It's the easiest way to stagnate.
Literally everyone is depressed. Get used to it.
Where do I even start? What concepts should I grasp first?
forgot to remove the gloria hole, the pose is forced by the client
Draw a few circles, add an anime character to the top and make sure to link all your 12 social media accounts (specially Patreon).
Yeah. At least as far as commissioning is concerned, most of my commissions I sent out to other artists ranged between $120-150, though for starting artists I do think it's a good idea to start cheap just so you can get the word out and if you end up with a ton of requests in a short period of time, it probably is a good idea to bump up your prices. Like, Tokomaya Keita used to do commissions for about $120 but nowadays he does them for $240, likely because he gets a steady stream of commissions given he has his ETAs at around 4 months out. As far as drawing as a side gig for cash, I think you can be more loose with how you get money, plus you can afford being more picky with what commissions you take. If you wanna live off of it, good fucking luck. Might wanna consider starting a Subscribestar or a Fanbox at that point and doing a poll/character suggestion raffle if you know you can shit out a couple drawings or image sets within a month.
Perspective, 3d forms, drawing from reference, proportions and anatomy
looks like everyone and his mother have move to digital
meanwhile im going to return to pencil and paper then scan it and color it
Just shitpost in MS Paint until you feel comfortable doing more complex drawings.
