I dont know, these are the types of glitches I get from time to time, its not often but I do get them. Random textures get almost white, weapons, players and environment, loading into another map doesn't help either, only restart. And the only mods I use are for a couple of weapons and character skins (Resident Evil). It's not a big deal but I'm just mentioning it.

There's also the audio input problem which persists on all platforms, where the audio input always reverts to 5.1 whenever you start the game, so then you have to manually switch to headphones every time.

also: does anybody know if there is a way to get the re4 hd project mod working on linux? i havent bothered to try but months ago i heard people saying it wouldn't work

It's all cream these days. Apex needed some cache files then runs excellently. Elden Ring literally runs best on Linux thanks to vkd3d optimizations, the newest mesa and Steam's cache downloading system. The other games ran effortlessly out-of-box with no tweaking. Freesync has Just Worked on everything. Haven't booted Windows in weeks.
