What?
why does everyone use the version of this meme with fucked up paths
do you like roms and emulators or not
i'm not a nintendo fan because i own a pc like a functioning human being
Who in their right mind would choose the right?
Also, copyleft is superior.
copyright system has been abused and raped to death.
I would have no issue with it being 14 years like it was meant to be originially but the way it is right now it just allows companies to be lazy for eternity and a government mandated monopoly.
If they can't play nice it would be much better to just remove it entirely.
No I dont use emulators.
Then your path is to the night time castle with the lightning.
Everything should go into public domain the instant the original creator drops dead. No sooner, no later
still the same cancer that depends on a shitty immoral system
but its heckin """""""""moral"""""""" because sharing is caring amirite xD
corporate sympathizer side seem much cooler
Oh okay
It's simple, I'm a corporate sympathizer.
>Copyright abolition
just means my kids will see communist mickey mouse on their TV talking about how coronavirus is killing their parents.
based
Count dooku is right
such a dumb dichotomy
All because smashfags couldn't keep their mods secret and mouths shout.
>Everything should go into public domain
Stop right there, Jedi slime.
Keep trademarks and company/corporation names and logos, revert copyright to function as it used to: 15 years + a single renewal.
False Dichotomy.
Dumb nigger.
>just means my kids will see communist mickey mouse on their TV talking about how coronavirus is killing their parents.
Isn't that already happening under the current system?
piratecy
So you emulate games but feel bad for nintendo when you do it?
Delete this.
Earthing ever made should go in to public domain 30 years after its creation.
But only the product itself not the Characters in the product.
But the original owner would have exclusive rights to sell Remasters Sequels ports etc.
The actual characters should then go in to public domain if the current owner has not procured new work using them for 10 years.
I agree, lightning is so much cooler than trees and sunlight.
Jihadi Mouse did nothing wrong.
I only emulate games that I can in no way play or at least used to own. I won’t buy a GameCube and GameCube games just to play them. A little emulation isn’t the same as abolishing Nintendo’s ownership
I'm a fan game enthusiast but if copyright was deleted I'd kill myself. All that baby Elsa pregnant spider man crap will bleed into the real world and media and fanfiction would clog up all venues it could. The world copyright law festered can't handle the tsunami of opportunities that would come from it being removed. You need to change society first before our hippie wet dream can be feasible.
I'd rather be flayed alive than to call myself a nintendo fan
Actually you know what it should be 20 years instead of 30.
No one makes money from original versions anyway.
Basically it would be legal to emulate 20 year old games but not legal to pirate a official remaster.
I don't really care I just buy games that interest me and sometimes I download them of the internet
fuck mickey mouse. Seriously
fuck copyright laws. They should not be able to renew shit multiple times
I've never owned a nintendo console or played a nintendo game beyond a port of super mario
Copyright should only last a maximum of 5 years, no renewals, straight to public domain. Jews have abused the shit out of something that is just meant to give you a chance at getting an original idea out there.
Most of me wants this, but a part of me is afraid large companies would put hits out on artists with valuable properties they want.
I HECKIN LOVERINO COMPANIES
Cool it with the anti-semitism
Why people defend corporation, just why?
>copyright abolitionist
>fucked up path
Whats wrong with you?
because what's better than sony or nintendo becoming your government and god?
>heh, let’s genocide thousands of people that work at a company
>wtf that’s bad
>LMAO why are you defending a company bro?
right is right, baby!
Seethe vaxxie
I think he means the paths dont connect to each other because they were mirrored wrong
Make the rule 30 years regardless of living status. IP ownership can transfer to next-of-kin if the original owner dies.
Nah, I think we had it right from 1790-1978, 55 years or author's death + 20 years whichever comes first.
>heh, let’s genocide thousands of people that work at a company
>i am silly strawman rawrrr hurrr durr
They’re always corporate sympathizers
why do you fucking moralfags think that copyright is good in anyway shape or form? they even try to make excuses like some retard in this thread saying that copyright should be null if the creator dies that is fucking retarded. copyright shouldn't exist at all and everything should be in the public domain. fuck niggers and fuck jews
I thought you /pol/chuds loved Russia and communism now
Because the left is literally worse. Abolishing copyright just means that the corporate media industry effectively own all ideas instead of just the ones they buy/create.
fuck yer sided, i's a man o' the seas
>Abolishing copyright just means that the corporate media industry effectively own all ideas instead of just the ones they buy/create.
Well, so would we.
>my straw man good
>your straw man bad
good luck competing in that marketplace
it's funny how people who are anti-copyright have this childish belief that people will only take other people's creation and not theirs.
This, but unironically.
see I don't want to wade through all that shit to find the few good things. In a society where there are no new ideas anymore, you are basically asking the jews to regurgitate old stuff even more than they already do.
But you don't own factories, natural resources, offices or warehouses to manufacture, distribute and market your idea. On the other hand if you actually get this far, some corporate drone will find your product on the shelves, copy it and slap their brand on it and you file for bankruptcy because you cannot win against brand recognition.
You also can't protect against worthless and dangerous Chinese knockoffs that'll kill people and make others afraid of the product and will not purchase yours either.
Copyright is not inherently bad, American copyright laws are and megacorp lobbyists need to be smothered in the cradle.
