Of the PS4 exclusives I've played, only two are truly great games that deserve a good port: Bloodborne and Last of Us 2.
The former didn't even get a PS4 Pro patch, and at this point I'm inclined to think that either the source code has been lost, or there are deep legal/contractual issues that prevent any updates.
The latter isn't going to happen until well after the various upcoming projects (multiplayer, tlou1 remake, tv show) etc are out. TLOU1 most definitely isn't going to happen either, due to aforementioned PS5 remake.

I hear Returnal and the Demon's Souls remake are decent though. I don't plan to get a PS5 anytime soon so hopefully they port those.
