Black slaves were not used in numbers that they were in the colonies in Britain so this literally changes nothing.

In the late 19th century, there was only a small number of black people in England. They were usually sailors temporarily at port. There were also black people who fled America during the Civil War and were squatting in England and nobody wanted them there so the government gave them a boat and pushed them out towards Africa. Some white women went with them. I can't remember if they sank on the way there or if they made it and got killed by the natives, but I think they all ended up dying.
