The only Pokémon in Legends Arceus you can't just catch normally in-game are Shaymin and Darkrai, you need save data from SwSh and BDSP to get an event to encounter them.
If you don't have those games, trading with people who do is still an option, and they're not necessary to meet the in-game standard of completing the Pokédex.
If you're talking EVERY Pokémon and not just one gen or pair of games, I don't think that's been possible without transferring from older games since like Gen 6.

Do base pokeballs have an insanely high catch rate, or am I just crazy? They seem to catch stuff like crazy out in the field. The only time they act like you'd expect is when you use them during a battle, then using the higher tiers feel worth it.
