What are your team options? 12-2A should be your fastest damagers with some form of crowd control to keep the Whoppers clumped. 12-2B should have a cryo DPS, since electro and hydro are both weak to it, and then you want to be able to keep the two lecterns as close together as possible (with knockbacks before their shields come on).
Also, don't neglect the Leyline Disorder bonus. You need to normal attack some.

agreed. im an explorerfag and genshin has been great from day 1 and only gotten more and more amazing to explore with each new area upping the previous ones. the chasm's "verticality' is unmatched in any other game i've ever played. the sense and scale you feel of "going down... down... down,..." people who dismiss genshin as nothing more than a mobile game baffle me.

This is how I beat it on the previous phase, but some bonus/leyline bonus must have changed to fuck me up. I even made sure to come on that floor with everyone fully charged, so it's not the issue this time.

I think have 3 non-elemental party members is risky. Sucrose doesn't do Kazuha things in my experience. I would also recommend to remove Ning and replace her with Barbara, depending on your other DPS options. If your Noelle is NOELLE then she could have enough damage to get one or two of the heralds to shield mode, but you really want a hydro source to kill the fire mage.

You will need Def sets for Noelle, Itto, Gorou, Yunjin, and Albedo. If you aren't considering even "okay" pieces to see what they look like at +8, you're missing out. Also, remember that a 40% crit damage piece with no crit rate and a 15% crit rate piece with no crit damage are the same as two pieces with 20% crit damage and 7.5% crit rate.
