Whenever I see that Ms. Pac Man/Galaga compilation cabinet I usually sneak a game of Galaga in if I can, but then again I'm turning 29 this year.
I doubt young kids even have played it much less heard of it. They're likely more familiar with Touhou then they are a 40 year old game.
