It's decent. A mini-PSO in gameplay but it lacks a lot of the charm with no meeting strangers, no events, and no real mystery. The story is the events leading up to abandoning the home planet if you are interested in that.

hmm yeah if no physical damage happened to it its probably the battery, you could buy a really cheap fucked up broken screen 3ds and try to change the battery (assuming that fucked 3ds has a good battery which is definitely possible) or just try and get a new(used) one cheap. unfortunately they are like apple products and you would otherwise have to be savvy enough to open it , recognize what is fucked and try and get some kind of replacement to saunter and fix it. try and emulate or get a new one. or... if there are any local shops that do repairs you could take it there. I had a og phat ds screen replaced for 25 bucks in the usa a few years ago by a guy i found who knows whats up and it works perfecty. sorry dude not much you can do with these things

It really depends on what you like. The strength of the baseline 3DS library is that it has a real wealth of genres, especially strong in JRPGs and Visual Novels
But with a hacked 3DS you have like a dozen consoles to choose from. SNES and Genesis emulation is great, if there wasn't an official VC release from Nintendo for something you can usually find an inject for it.

The ban waves just banned people from playing on multiplayer, and only on the 3DS. If your worried about it just make a throwaway account, since the only thing you need from the eshop is a free game anyway.

Well, I do have most of the important 3DS jrpgs like the SMT games, bravely default, DQ4-9, etc. but I’m not much of a fan of dedicated VN games outside of ace attorney.

Well that’s fine, just anything that can run well will do. I want to try and put on all the dq games on the system, it sounds nice to have a system that can play 1-9 and the best versions of each game. I’ll just look up what genesis emulator to use then, I got the genesis collection on switch but it’s doesn’t have a few games I really like on the system like ghouls n ghosts and it’s missing a lot of shmups
