Nibiru is fucking terrible card design. All it does is fuck over rogue combo while Konami blessed meta decks get built in protection from it and every other FOTM handtrap. The power gap is too big between meta and off and cards like this only make it wider.

Konami's printed tons of interesting Exodia support over the years that allows the deck to be played in a myriad of ways. Everybody loves Exodia.

What people hate is the exact same "draw your entire deck" FTK decks that have existed since before GOAT format and which often don't even need to slot Exodia as their wincon.

Equip any monster from your deck to a monster with a matching type/attribute
Lets you ignore restrictions so anything with a Dark or Dragon monster can search out Dragon Buster Destruction Sword without using Buster Blader and lock your opponent out of the extra deck on top of whatever the fuck else you were doing.
And for good measure they gain 1000 attack just so you can't slap over them with anything in your main deck have fun

you can equip anything from your deck to it when its summoned which leads to all sorts of shenanigans like the one pictured, also has retarded easy and generic summoning requirement

Union carrier attach one monster card from deck or hand to one card on your field, while Dragon Buster Destruction (card on the right) equipped to a monster (in this case using union carrier remove "target 1 buster blader" requirement). Opponent cannot special summon from extradeck while Dragon Buster is equipped to a monster.

Union Carrier can equip any monster from your deck as long as it matches the type OR Attribute, doesn't even have to be both.
Destruction Sword prevents your opponent from summoning from the extra deck while it's equipped to any monster, not just Buster Blader.
Congrats you have shut down every deck that plays from the extra deck as long as they do not draw enough backrow destruction to get through whatever negates you played on top of it.

I actually do expect a wind ship the second we get a new summon method (or just like a link monster) that negates spell / traps.
So far we have a S/T banisher, a monster banisher and a monster negator so a s/t negator would be the next logical step.

No earth ship though since true men of the sea shun the land!
Earth, water and wind decks don't totally fuck them because of their traps but it makes it much much harder for them to function. Also if you can just negate their ships enough to stop them from gaining advantage then the can't really do a lot.

It hardly matters what you call, just say Light in case it's Drytron or Eldlich, they still can't attack for the turn or set up their field properly even if they get rid of VFD afterwards and you get to kill them with the rest of your deck on Turn 3

It pulls a monster out of your deck to equip to another monster, it was added as support for union decks (like ABC) but since its generic it can be used in a lot of different decks that want to search cards from the deck to either get in the graveyard or to use for equip effects
In my galaxy deck i use it to pull orbital from my deck which lets me search anything I need for my plays basically, but the buster dragon destruction sword just happens to be a dragon and it shuts down your opponent's extra deck so i run it to shut down meta trannies like tri-brigade

its an easy to bring out lvl 10 extra deck monster with 3000/3000 that can be used as 3 tributes (for the egyptian god monsters) but it also has can't be destroyed by battle and gives your other cards target immunity, so its basically better and more consistent than any of the 3 gods themselves are
it also has an entrance animation and all 3 egyptian gods don't, should tell you the state of an actual egyptian god deck

Rhongo is just an auto-win when he's set up but there's a few more points of vulnerability than something like Drytron or Tri-Birds going first. Dies hard to Maxx C/Nibiru as well since they can't afford to go straight for monster negates like any of the above.

It's pretty good but mainly just there to be a 3000 atk beater while the stun cards prevent the opponent from doing anything.
