Why should I get a PS5 over this?

Are PS5s just hyped up by normies playing FIFA or some shit?

since when?

>buying a game console
Why?
Why would you do that?

>xbox playanywhere lets you buy it once for PC and Xbox with transferrable game saves
this one is a meme, out of my ~150 xbox games only three transferred over when I bought a PC, all the others were counted as 'separate xbox versions'

microsoft paid a bunch to tsmc or whoever to make more chips for the xbox back in december that is paying off now. shit's in stock almost everywhere now in waves

The backwards compatibility doesn't work with all titles, that's actually the deal breaker for me. You cant play the kino Japanese only 360 games on it, actually ruins the appeal completely for me because I'd have bought one if it could.

Not to mention its not ugly as fuck like the ps5

Most people don't want to put any effort into gaming. It's a hobby. They don't want to worry about the OS, partitioning the SSD, debugging hardware issues, etc. They want to press a button, see a logo, and play games with a certain guarantee of quality, even if the highs aren't as high.

I just wish it played every 360 game.

Only the "S"pecial needs Xbox is in stock

right, show me the instock gpus that arent priced the same as an entire console

To add on to that, I don't think the regular Xbox exclusives from Japan work either. It's a very bad console if you're a weeb and they really fucked over the Japanese market in regards to backwards compatibility.

I'm seeing series S everywhere but not a single series X.

You suggesting we buy overpriced spreadsheet machines?

have one, don't recommend it, going to sell it and finally upgrade my PC instead

Look at these mfs lmao

It's only worthwhile if it's where your friends are playing or if you just want the most streamlined experience possible in terms of getting everything working immediately. Otherwise, it's a waste of money. Just buy a beefy gaming pc and a steam link to play on the couch.

but what if i want above 60fps?

I have my steamlink and it's still using wifi 4 or some shit.

Find a flaw.

I literally just went to multiple Targets, Walmarts, and Best Buys yesterday and that's not true whatsoever. There's tons of SeS systems wasting away on shelves but SeX consoles are never on shelves. They have the same mythical reputation between store reps as the PS5 does.

>FIFA
you get EA games on gamepass and FIFA is on the Series X too so why would anyone get a PS5 for FIFA

>has to sit hunched over in a chair to use

nah fuck that. i sit at my desk for 8 hours a day doing college work. when i want to chill out i lie in bed and play my consoles it's just so much more comfy and using a pc on tv is such a pain especially when trying to get basic shit like HDR working

At that point, I'd just get a 50 ft high speed hdmi cable. You can get some nice gadgets for switching between hdmi cables and Bluetooth receivers with a button press, so it's really just a matter of your budget and goals.

Same. Shame they stopped adding games to BC. I hope they go back on that decision. They'll have to do something with Activision's older catalog, that's for sure. FPS Boosts and all that. Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled needs to run at 60 FPS on Series S/X.

And a shitload of unannounced Activision Blizzard games.

>Unleashed
>Not 2006.

>$1000 mid range GPU

I cant speak for retail stores but the Series X has been in stock online recently quite often. To the point where'd I say that it's no longer difficult to get one, supply is catching up to the demand.

I like that you can install Kodi straight from the appstore, having a way to play pretty much any media file gives it extra value as a home theater box, with Dolby Atmos for Headphones or DTS HeadphoneX also available for cheap if you like virtual surround sound processing

Not him but I got one recently over a ps5 precisely because of stock problems.

>And a shitload of unannounced Activision Blizzard games.
Like what? Yearly CoD, and trend-chasing generic games that took too long to develop and will be outdated by the time they are released?

Nah, even online it's the same deal. If you're using the waves that happened recently that's just normal stock. PS5 for example just had two separate waves through Playstation Direct yesterday and the day before, Gamestop tomorrow, Walmart the other day, Best Buy yesterday out of nowhere, Sam's Club, Costco, and one other store I forgot the name of. They both got restocks in massive waves at the same time, it's not a SeX thing.

I can't...

Such a large list of games, and not a singe game there that I give a shit about.

you're a tomato

The consoles were available for days on Amazon and I think the Microsoft store that them in stock for a week straight.

Games that won't be on MultiplatStation 5 and will make (You) seethe.
And yes, the "yearly CoD" being exclusive will be enough to finish off PlayStation. Not to mention everything else.

DOOOOOODE
WEEEEEEEED

You sure about that? Because I've been following trackers and Slickdeal and the only major restock I saw this week was Costco selling a bunch of bundles and Gamestop also getting bundles.

Why you lyin?

It is a shame sony paid to keep some jp games from being released on Xbox, it is mostly SE trash and fighting games but still, thankfully those are usually games that can run on potato pcs.

You should have all consoles, a gaming PC, and a decent iPhone. Join the idort master race and let the peasants argue who has the better platform.

Crash Bandicoot 5, new CTR and Spyro the Dragon 4.
>inb4 they've always been trash

>iPhone

Anywhere in stock in Germany or BENELUX for the original price?

i have a pc with a 144hz monitor and the experience is good when actually sitting at the monitor with the kb+m but the tv experience is shit. console is way better. so you don't "have to" but you're getting a 10000% superior experience sitting at the desk than on a tv. for a tv consoles just work so much better like the HDR stuff and also being able to use a controller to navigate the interface and accept party chats, send invites, send messages and whatnot.

Just go to MediaMarkt.

No. My Switch is for buying and playing new games with. And my SeS is for emulating with. My computer is for work, and my phone is an Android. There's no Xbox or PS5 games that I want to play.

At this rate, Wumpa League will probably be exclusive too.

I'm positive. Wario64 is a pretty good account to follow if you're not.

The fact that these consoles are constantly sold out despite no gaems is so confusing. Do people really want to pay a scalper so they can play games they already own with 5 more FPS?

I use my PC with my TV from my couch and bed all the time zoomzoom

Xbox is the best emulation machine on the market. It's why I got mine.

and do you have friends? how do you do party chats? how do you send and receive messages? look at achievement requirements, turn on achievement trackers, get HDR working on multi monitor. not to mention console convenience features like quick resume which i've found really convenient.

Because PC gaming is for trannies lmao

iPhones get exclusive games in addition to being able to sideload Android if you really want.

Kys

PC is the least tranny platform.
