They are the weights that the AI will weigh each parameter when making the image (ie something with a 10 will be more of a focus than something with a 5). The letters indicate direction (u/d/l/r for up/down/left/right) and the numbers after the letters indicate which % in that direction you want that prompt applied. So

will be weighted 10, and only applied to the upper 50% of the image
