I honestly really want to but the last few remasters have been dogshit tier. And the gta upgrade really wasn’t enough to impress.

Now they give me a ps5 upgrade of rdr2 and remake the first red dead in that engine, I’ll have faith again. I think they’ve lost sight of what people enjoyed about them in the past though.

It's because RDR2 is cinematic shit, GTAV was awful, shark cards reign supreme, and they outsourced their classic games to pajeets in one of the most poorly developed remakes ever. The fact that they had to write some special contract with Remedy to remake Max Payne is also a red flag.

The problem further exacerbates in that recent social changes have made it nigh impossible to shit on any of their dumb fuck ideas, mix that with the losers from high school gravitating toward this industry and doing anything possible to please said females as a means of getting close to them as they never were able to in highschool and you end up in this fucked up situation where they slowly and eventually take control of the company.

This is highly evident in a company such as Blizzard in which the absolute losers use their status in the company to become "Jocks" whilst allowing females to climb the ladder and lo and behold look what happens and see the recent WoW expansion, enough fucking said there. Conversely you can look at indie games with little to no female influence and see how they are currently thriving and push better products than AAA companies
