Be up to date with set releases or just not as behind as we are.

Take a good archetype and rename it into genex

Go back to the original conecpt of having a deck that focuses around a single vanilla tuner, each of the basic 6 attribute genex monsters should have retrains that focus on setting up the GY and the hand while SSing Genex Controller and other genex monsters for synchro spam.

New Genex Allys should be made that focus on supporting your Genexs with protection and other handtrap effects, searching and buffing stats.

Read the wiki articles but didn't find an answer. How come some link monsters have a different number of cards required to summon in their text compared to their link rating? And how come some text has a + next to the number of materials and some don't?

Hey it may not be meta but it's pretty good for what it is and in more limited formats. It was pretty good in the synchro event too.

Link monsters have basically 2 requirements that need to be fulfilled
># of monsters + # of Link arrows
So that monster in your image can be made with 5 monsters or 4 monsters if one of those 4 monsters has a link rating of 2. Link monsters can either count as 1 material or as their total number of link arrows so you can't overpay.

Because you can tribute whole field and some links have effects for said monsters used for links.

theyre better than the egyptian gods though, even if they are just a mediocre stun deck. Theyre probably the most "meta" of any of the god trios available.

Torn Scales is a lot of value but not always necessary, probably not letting him search for the lvl 4 extended would do it though.

Well if it only said 4 instead of 4+ then the only way to ever make it is via 4 monsters (one of which has to be Link-2).

Way too inconsistent, Sacred beast can set up a board with just their stratos and then drawing a bunch of floodgates. In fact the Beckoning beast/Spirit Gates was/is a meta engine for some decks because its so good.

No, you can pump a link 4 with 2+2 links or any other combo.

Whoever made this deck it is incredible. Opponents always combo fag if I can't T1L because they don't read cards. They don't understand they have already won and they continue to combo fag and waste their own time
