I gained 20 lbs by drinking protein shakes. Make sure to drink 1000+ calories a day. I did it in the afternoon because i have a terrible appetite and can barely eat much before getting full. I used protein powder, nutella, peanut butter, milk, and frozen berries . Throw them in a blender
