This still isn't perfectly clear.
We know why she shattered the Elden Ring and why she banished and re-invited the Tarnished but it's not clear why gives carte blanche to the playable character about everything else.
Surely that woman wouldn't be OK with the endings associated with Mask/Dun/Fia.
