War is all they have. They're a bit like North Korea in that sense, where the only way they can survive is by raising a ruckus and causing trouble every couple of years in order to coerce more powerful nations to give them handouts every now and then. Keep in mind that they have no real means to win a conflict with the Shogunite, but unlike Watatsumi, the Shogunite has literally nothing to gain from further war with Watatsumi. They can win, sure, but they don't really get anything out of it. So the only thing Kokomi can actually do is coerce the Shogunite into giving them what they want or else they'll keep prolonging the bloodshed.

I've been playing this for less than a month, should I be rolling for her? My plan was to save for yelan.

Ayaka is the strongest DPS in the game and can cross over water infinitely so you don't have to fuck around swimming. She's not a bad roll.

Even at c0, Ayaka is a solid DPS who can delete non-cryo shield fast. Pretty good against those abyss niggers

Ayaka did sell well but you're right. They kind of sabotaged her despite all her buffs.
1. The 4 stars on her banner were and still are useless garbage so people don't feel like getting constellations, me included.
2. Re-adjusting her constellations would have squeezed out a lot more sales. They learned from this mistake with Raiden, bringing her c4 to c2. Doing the exact same thing would have probably made Ayaka the most profitable banner since Ayaka's c4 is better than Raiden's c2. And while Ayaka's c2 is 'okay' it's not really worth it. Also most people don't really care about her c6 so that should be somewhere else too.
3. Her weapon banner has useless garbage on it this time around too, so it won't get crazy sales like a good weapon banner.

All things considered she still did sell well and she'll probably sell well once again, but they could have made more money playing their cards right.

How good is Ayaka c6? I have her at c2 and I'm trying to decide whether to go for c4 or c6.

It's good because it gives her another elemental skill basically. It's not an insane DPS gain if you're a metachurl but it's a highly practical constellation that lets you kill anything faster, and it just instagibs overworld enemies.
In my opinion it's one of the best c6s in the game.

Ei was always meant to be one of the most profitable characters in the game, period. Not just during the Inazuma cycle, I mean the entire lifespan of the game.

She's one of the two main Mihoyo girls behind Kiana since GGZ. I don't expect anyone to beat her until Hag!Bronya Tsaritsa and the Kiana Paimon

I didn't really care for Ayaka's Archon quest so I skipped her. I knew she was good but she's a little too autistic for me.

They're not worth it unless you're at least going to c3. There is virtually no gain going to just c2, it's a complete waste of your resources. An in general his constellations are weak as shit compared to others.

You're 100% wrong about Ayaka's though. Her c3 and c4 are broken and c6 is alright. c1 does make her rotations smoother too, letting you use her skill twice before her burst cooldown is up.
