It's pretty good. I can't wait to explore more of that area though. The rocky cliffs and alpine trees look so nice and being able to see the desert area from there, makes everything seem so big. They really are going no loading screen open world with this shit.

I feel like the idea is that the fusion shit makes things more manageable in critical moments by reducing the party's size

Since it looks like you can pick which characters to pair up I'd hope they can also fuse in whatever setup you've chosen, like when Noah seems to be paired up with Sena the Fusion thing is still on the UI.
