Tuskarr/Centaur/Gnolls are clearly coming as Allied Races at some point, possibly even Dragonflight mid expansion. They wouldn't bother bringing back old races with big graphical overhauls and shit like female models if they werent gonna do it. They'd invent new races for the NPCs
