Xbox really unironically has no games. I'm blown away by how many consoles they're selling despite that immutable fact.

It was released on PS+ at launch 2 years ago. No one cares if it comes to other platforms.

I've already unsubbed and someone here a week ago pointed out that Argentinian copies of games on game sites cost 66%-75% less so I'll probably just buy those going forward. I've actually got til June if next year left but expect zero worth playing based on these last 6 months or so.

ac origins is being added which is a solid game. better than the other garbage ac games of recent at least.

MS usually blows their load with gamepass games in the 2nd half of the year but you get the odd gem in the 1st half like hitman trilogy for example. once activision/bethesda/xgs are in full production we should start seeing more consistent AAA gamepass releases in the first half of the year.

Seconding Gamivo, got my Elden Ring on there for about twenty four quid.

That wouldn't improve it for me at all. AC games are the prime example of "open world games are fucking boring". The assassinations were fun, but padded out with so much tedium. Now they're damage sponge RPGs. Nah.

gamivo is a key reseller site like G2A. don't think anything of it. as long as they have a good reputation percentage from a lot of orders you won't have any issues. i got that metro deal the other day and i've been playing it with no issue.

does bugsnax have those horros/mystery elements or deep themes as theorized? I kinda fell off for some months during its memefication and release period, had shit to focus on

just use a vpn. that's how simple it is.

and i mean for the activation. xbox games are region free you don't need a vpn to play it outside of argentina. the website puts that there in case they get dunked on my microsoft for selling to other regions. cdkeys says the same thing

-Go into your Xbox settings and change the region to Argentina
-Use an Argentine VPN and log into the Xbox site on a private browser type
-Redeem the code
-Change region back on console

you don't even need to change the region to argentina on the xbox. all you need is for xbox.com to see that your IP is located somewhere in argentina when redeeming the game code. then go to your owned games and it'll be there. just turn your xbox off when you're redeeming the code so you don't get flagged for being in two locations at once. they probably won't do anything but i do that just out of precaution.

>turn on xbox and play

Well is mostly random, although Yakuza 1,2,3 which I "bought" with MS points are 3 games that I should hurry and finish, I am kinda afraid of them taking out 4,5,6. I have been very slow and kinda feel guilty that I have missed out many side quests.

It was free on PS+ when it came out, that is how I got it.

MS has absolutely no way of knowing if you're really in argentina or not and they can't ban you on suspicion because it's plausible that someone's family member in argentina could have logged into their account to buy games. and xbox games are all region free so it's in xbox's own policy that games bought in other regions can be played in the UK or wherever.

it's not like steam for example where using a VPN to access different countries stores is actually against steam TOS and you'll get banned for it.

sony doesn't allow 3rd party key resellers which is why their games are so goddamned expensive. say what you want about xbox muh no games or whatever console war BS but as someone who owns both platforms (and a switch) i always find cheaper multiplat games on xbox because of 3rd party key resellers. similar to PC gaming in that regard, because you can get cheap codes off G2A or cdkeys for pc games without having to pay official store prices.

so xbox has been my go-to console for years because of this and my ps4 is just an exclusives machine, but i'm already dreading getting a ps5 since they increased the price of ps5 games now. gaming on playstation is actually so expensive it's crazy. most expensive gaming platform by far.
