I do.
I have a 3080 FE with a 5800x and 32 GB of Corsair VENGANCE RAM.

I rarely utilize it though because so many PC ports are garbage. Especially recently.
I swear we’ve been reverting to the era where every game requires its own laundry list of mods, file tweaking, etc just to get it to run smoothly.
The endless launchers makes your library feel scattered too in an eco system that already makes ownership feel very artificial thanks to even the best launchers like Steam being required.
You know the Kingdom Hearts games (and FF7R) on PC are online only? If you try to play them in the Epic Games store offline mode, doesn’t work.
So I tried downloading a crack for them to get around it. Worked for the ps2 game collection, but 3 goes even further beyond. They added DRM checks in the fucking story mode. If you’re offline during them, FATAL ERROR, and the game crashes.

PC gaming is kind of a huge joke. It’s a shame because the level of user customization and freedom on offer is so enticing. However if my 3080 can’t lock a game to 16.6 ms because some games compile shaders mid gameplay, or I can’t leave gsync on because some games completely fall apart with it active, what’s the point?

LMAO YOU FUCKING BUM! GET A JOB LOSER AND GET A COUPLE OF 3090 TiS!

jk iktfb ;_;

KH3 is shit anyways

have you tried pirated versions of those epic games? any different?

I've got a Q6600 and an 8800GTX, it plays all the games I have any desire to play perfectly, as it's been doing for the past 15 years.

That's a lot of hard drives. What do you keep there?

>Do you have a gaming PC?
I do. It plays all the video games I could ever want to play; and then some.

This is some next level cope unless you don't play anything from the past 10 years

My blu ray movie collection

Name a single good game that's come out in that time.

Is there anything good that came out in the last 10 years?

Most of Yea Forums would disagree, but I enjoy sim racers like assetto corsa and iracing. I had a similar PC 7 years ago except with a 550 ti, and I was not having a good time by the end of its life. I can't even imagine using that today

The cracked versions are the pirated versions

msfs2020

marble sugar fat shibber?

I do, but it isn't my primary gaming platform. I use my Switch significantly more.

>I enjoy sim racers like assetto corsa and iracing
a fool and his money are easily parted. I bet you have a sim COCKpit too

I keep the same system around explicitly for running windows xp and nothing else.

I always see people on here spending thousands of dollars on a top of the line gaming PC just to play Minecraft, indies, and 10 year old games. I didn't want to be like that and have buyer's remorse, so I went out of my way to cheap out as much as possible (within reason) for my PC.

It works. I've been spending more time in my basement game room as opposed to my computer room lately because I recently managed to get a bunch of console stuff with all the adapters needed to use them with a modern TV.
>PS2 + bunch of games
>PS3 + bunch of games
>PS4 Pro + bunch of games
>PS5 with Black spiderman and robo Dinosaurs 2

Couch gaming is one of the major things I've missed from console gaming. Nothing compares.

Attached: MainPC-Specs.png (645x584, 77.16K)

Yes, I have a $2k+ sim setup

KH1 and 2 isn’t.
Nier replicant isn’t.
FF7R isn’t
Elden Ring isn’t.
Bayonetta isn’t.
Halo Infinite is but I still enjoyed it for a time.
All have weird issues I don’t have to deal with on console.
I can’t even start Sonic Adventure 2 in certain window modes without the game speed doubling.

Is it my fault for mainly enjoying console games/Japanese games by companies who barely understand computer development?
Maybe.
Either way the reality is that my hardware is wasted cause the Software sucks.

you're better off playing games that work better on PC or are PC exclusive, and stick with your weebshit on the consoles they were made for

I beat sekiro on my PC
god what a masterpiece

Attached: 1636919054281.jpg (400x400, 34.32K)

I do, it runs Linux.

>Couch gaming is one of the major things I've missed from console gaming. Nothing compares

You can do that on a PC though.

you fell for the meme amd what did you expect?

Do you?

Attached: 546345513436745685678.png (692x466, 41.95K)

Hey, it can run most things between medium to high at 30 to 60 fps in 1080p, it aint that bad.
Dont let faggots here knock you down, they are compensating for wasting thousands on state of the art gpus they only use to browse Yea Forums and play the same 3 games they have been playing for the last 15 years

>speccy
how did you even find this thread, gramps?

Attached: jjGFhtnt_400x400.jpg (400x400, 22.34K)

I bought a 3070 and a 5600x and I still mostly play old PC games and emulate N64/PS1 and earlier games.

>You can do that on a PC though.
I only play console on stuff to truly relax and turn my brain off. Like I literally play the vast majority of Sony movie games on the easiest difficulty just so I can chill. I play my competitive titles on PC on a 240HZ 27" monitor. Although I do have my old 2080Ti just rotting in my closet. Maybe I'll build a dedicated 4K gaming build for my gaming room.Stuff that the target is only 60fps.

>1600mhz ram

>DDR4-3200

Did you train to be this stupid? Or are you just naturally gifted?

Such projection.
2080s i7-9700 64g ram
glorious 1440/144hz master race.
>play the game 3 games theyve been playing the last 15 years
You mean like GOTG, or SOP, or Elden Ring, or Pathfinder, or BG3, or Cp2077, or Squadrons or NMS or MSFS or any of dozens of other games that perform substantially better on PC than they do on their shitty consoles?

Fuck off you tremendous faggot.

>5700XT
>Ryzen 3600
>16GB RAM
>1440p/144Hz
Yup, ignored Yea Forums and upgraded my shit in 2019.
Must suck being a retarded waitfag.

Attached: 5435184.png (659x609, 66.19K)

Not him but

>Only really play one game
>Seemed like it took something pretty decent so it could run well
>Have no option but to use lower settings
>Finally they optimize it
>Everyone happy they can finally play it with better settings
>Doesn't apply to me
>Still have to use the meme settings I was using before and it runs exactly the same as it did before it was optimized

One thing that probably doesn't help, and I can't do much about because it's an online game, is the servers. I already know that. But I could have upgraded my GPU if it was for fucking mong miners who have done nothing but fucking piss me off.

it says 1600 right there you blind retards

Attached: lol.png (1059x756, 23.16K)

what do you think DDR stands for? No, not dance dance revolution.

Well yeah, you grab 2 sticks of 1600MHz ram and wa la, you get 3200MHz, retard

I literally lay in bed and play pc games with my xbox one or ps4 controller depending on which one has battery left.

not my fault you retards can't read or bought bad ram, reddit tier brains

nigger thats literally how advertised ram speed works
kys

Wow user, you are getting defensive there
Gonna make me think I struck a nerve

>Game can't run offline because of amd is bad meme
My eyes, holy fuck

bottleneck'd as fuck, but sure

Attached: 1633184454602.png (787x504, 52.22K)

No. I have supercomputer with a shit gpu. I can run 7 elden rings with max settings on it.

it's worth building a PC solely for torrents and emulators, literally infinite free entertainment with a broadband connection.

Yeah, it's pretty rad.

Attached: Untitled.png (1142x474, 75.22K)

It was this that convinced me to build a PC tbqhwy. I've always torrented movies and things, but I only played PC games that didn't require anything special (AoEII for example) or emulators for old consoles. For modern gaming I would always buy a console.
Then I worked out the pros and cons. Consoles just werk, but that was basically the only pro. PCs (at the time) were relatively the same price as a console, but you could do so much more with them and get the games for free on top of that. I'd have been a real bonehead NOT to do it.

>3080 FE

Yes.

Attached: ys.png (1899x944, 199.93K)

No I have a late 2015 model iMac with 12 gb of memory

>RTX 3090
>only a single 1TB SSD
lmao

I bought my 3090 for $1500. The true losers are those people who sold their 2080ti's for $350 a week before the launch.

How is the weather in tel aviv?

>The true losers are those people who sold their 2080ti's for $350 a week before the launch.
I had a 2080Ti since launch that I bought for MSRP. Sold it near 2 years later for $1600 during the height of the GPU pricing. I sold it because I had found an EVGA FTW3 RTX 3080 at Microcenter for MSRP of $820. I made like $700 all said and done to ugprade lmao.

>NVMe 1TB
are you stupid?

>3060ti
>64GB

Its overkill I have no clue why I got so much fucking RAM.

Attached: 1649302441280.png (1147x580, 79.33K)

I do, got myself an rtx 3070 and a 34 inch ultrawide monitor.

I gotta be honest, while my games looks better now i kinda enjoyed them when i had a gtx1070 laptop.
I must have grown up on games i guess.

Are you? I said that in my post you fucking monkey nigger. Only a single 1TB SSD. It being NVMe is irrelevant.

Oh and 2x 1080ps and 1x 1440p. Not sure why gay ass HWinfo never shows that shit

Attached: monitors.png (415x65, 3.67K)

why not a monitor with >60HZ?

Not him, but i guess he refers to the price gap between an nvme ssd and a regular one.

It doesn't fucking matter you idiot!

I got a 3080 Ti with 32 gb of ram and this thing flies like a god damned comet

>but i guess he refers to the price gap between an nvme ssd and a regular one.
the price gap from a single 1TB NVME to the 2TB Variant of the same brand and model is like $100. It's odd seeing someone with a 3090 which costs $1400 at the best of times only having a single 1TB SSD. These days, a SATA based SSD of similar capacity from the same brand will cost the same as a 1TB NVMe.

It does I have no idea why Speccy says that shit other that its fucking vaporwave. The 1080's hit 144hz as well.

Attached: Untitled.png (520x118, 17.46K)

I have an RTX 3070 that I use for work purposes (rendering). The speed of it pleases me enough for this purpose, much more than it pleases me when it comes to games, since if I want to run something at 1440p/144hz I need to reduce the graphics considerably. Ray Tracing in real time is completely impossible without upscalling techniques.

are you sure the monitors are actually set to 144HZ? Speccy picks up on both my monitors being 144HZ and 165HZ.

>be me
>mfw 750ti

>call a faggot out on his obvious projecting
>>noo user you're clearly too defensive about this i must have struck a nerve!
You're the exception, not the rule.

It does, why you so mad tho?
Take it easy buddy.
I guess he chooses quality over quantity ran out of money due to expensive parts.
Simple logic.

I do , thanks for asking.

Attached: hwinfo.jpg (1717x705, 433.02K)

yeah, but I never had an AIO before and it's fucking weird, I boot up FF14 and that shit starts sounding like a jet, can't really say I've gotten used to it yet but I guess that's just how it is.

Though is it usually like this? not like a loud af noise just a whurrring on the side.

Attached: 1479252340865.png (860x816, 828.52K)

I'm not sure you know what projection means user

which AiO? You can usually set a custom fan curve for any major AiO company.

I set them all to it but did do a reinstall of Windows a few months back so its entirely possible that they reverted.

Attached: 1634799587017.jpg (2048x2048, 74.7K)

it's no 3090 but it gets the job done

Attached: Screenshot 2022-04-19 080413.png (493x367, 78.36K)

No kidding, when I see that games on ps5/series x hold perfectly 60fps on 16.6ms without dmr shit and fully optimized to take advantage of hardware, I think about dropping pc and just buy one of those even trading off that freedom that pc has to offer.
PC caused me more issues in one year than ps4 I got for 200 bucks for entire lifespan.

>reinstall of Windows a few months back so its entirely possible that they reverted.
can almost guarantee they did. Windows "natural" monitor state is 60HZ. Otherwise office monitors and what not would probably not function properly or even turn on

Its odd but i actually have a friend who did put all of his money on a 3090 while having a old cpu (i7 4000 series), ddr3 ram ect... He will upgrade the other parts later.

Corsair i150, I usually have it on balanced since were heading into summer
though after checking icue i saw it go above around 1500rpm at one point, is that normal too?

>I swear we’ve been reverting to the era where every game requires its own laundry list of mods, file tweaking, etc just to get it to run smoothly.
This was always the case for PC.

>2022
>intel
well, you almost tried

I have the same cooler. Honestly I didn't see a huge temp difference in fan speed, only pump speed. I would set your pump speed to extreme and the fans to quiet mode and test your temps from there. I'm cooling a 5.1GHz clocked 9900k and I don't go above 75C during rendering or gaming.

Yes, I do.

32GB RAM

A Ryzen 7 2700X.

A poverty 1660OC gpu.

Runs any game I have tried, so I am happy enough with it I guess.
