Kirigiri is the detective character- So she's a boring, emotionless character who serves no other purpose but constant info-dumps because that's all detective characters amount to.
Celestia is supposed to be some god of gambling- But in the end all she does is exist as some parody of gambling manga. To the point where her backstory downright says, "To have a personality like this you need to be a fucking delusional otaku." When actually put under scrutiny she INSTANTLY cracks and starts freaking out, solely to make fun of the "cool, rational gambler" trope at the cost of both the intrigue of the story and her own character setting.
