Getting my ass kicked in pic related, I'm on day 30 and I need to complete Dusk for a mission, but when I try to get through the Noon ordeal I just get smashed and slammed by the sweepers or similar bullshit and can't squeak my way to the end without huge losses. I have like three insanely strong guys with mostly aleph gear and then around eight pretty strong guys around level 3-5 with great gear but not maxxed out and the rest of my team are huge jobbers.
Should I just grind all my losers on weak abnormalities and try again the next day even if it adds a new department, or should I go ahead and try to finish the mission regardless of casualties? What's the best way to grind up newbies?
>grind all my losers on weak abnormalities That's where the problem. You won't grind shit in TETH. Better use HE or WAW for stats. >should I go ahead and try to finish the mission regardless of casualties? Ye. You always can memrepo if you attached to some poor soul. You will let them go later
It sounds like you really need to train your nuggets. You can always do the deathball strat and gang up on each Sweeper individually, but idk how well you'll do on Dusk if Noon's giving you trouble on Day 30.
Keep playing. Rewind to day 0, complete missions, keep playing.

>Better use HE or WAW for stats. Most of my HE and WAW either require stupid stat spreads (singing machine, butterfly dude) or micromanagement (the teddy bear fucker). Are the Dreaming Current and Scarecrow good enough to grind up newbies? Main trouble was as soon as one died my tactical human wave collapsed from panic I've since upgraded them but it's difficult. I also wanted to get through the ordeals without leaving my clerks to die but that ship has sailed by this point. >You should've trained them since the beginning desu Shit. This is only my second game and my first died after I got the graveyard of cherry blossoms with the March 27th bunker and kept using the bunker like a total retard for about an hour and getting pissed off at the cherry being impossible to contain. I only found out what the bunker actually did on this run. >Rewind to day 0 But then I lose my guys!
Josiah Howard
>But then I lose my guys!
all according to the plAn as long as you do the missions.
>Beat Philip (Forma Babyrage) >Fight isn't hard but takes quite a damn long time. >Get 3 books. >Had to burn all 3 for the core page. Do I seriously need to go through that 6 stage battle again just to get another book to use/burn.
>But then I lose my guys! nuggets don't matter. Only that you get more gear and finish missions. both of which carry over if you memrepo to a previous day or all the way to day 1. Also researched abno knowledge so you can fill a facility with stronger abnos that aren't a total pain to babysit more easily. Restarting only gets easier as you finish more missions since the last rewards of each ones are pretty big and sometimes total game changers and you'll fly through the early days.
I would really try to push through with that dusk since that is roadblocking you from finishing the entire first layer but if you have problems with that you might not be able to do the rest of the first layer for now. Postponing that and only pushing into later days will make your life a lot harder.
Also should you restart, day 21-25 is a good spot to reset over and over to farm abnos since you get 2 per day.

>trying out Red Mist Goddamn, that's powerful. LoR is pretty fun, but I think I prefer LC.
Easton Cox
Red Mist is fun but I feel like I relied on it and Binah exclusively to carry me through SotC when other floors can be just as good. I only realized how fun Chesed is at the very end, and Tiph and Hokma are too big brain for me but interesting.
Ayden Morgan
>first real playthrough >day 17 >Only have 2 abnormalities that can escape Am I just insanely lucky? Or is this actually bad? I can't complete the "suppress 4 individual abnormalities" mission but I guess that will fix itself soon enough
Dominic Jackson
>need to complete a midnight ordeal for Gebura's mission I'm scared, bros. Anything I should know?
Brandon Roberts
Green is easiest if you abuse the mysterious power of elevators. Orange is just a slog but you are pretty safe as long as you are not in corridors and central rooms and can slowly whittle them down. Violet is an instant reset. i don't think i've beaten that one once in 2 playthroughs.

>I would really try to push through with that dusk Yep, I had all crimson ordeals up to dusk so it was fairly easy, my Nothing There cosplayer guy alone was able to solo half the dusk with no trouble. Now I'm at the meltdowns for the sephirots but it says I can't do them because I'm on a memory day, how many days is that going to last?. I think the biggest change that helped me was constantly executing clerks so that the monk and friends didn't lose their collective shits when the pain train came to the station. I'm gonna miss all those little guys though :( I didn't finish this mission until some nonsense like day 23 or 24, sometimes you just get (un?)lucky and the escaping ones that also don't rip your face off don't show up for awhile.
Memrepo is every day divisible by 5. It's the days where your current state gets saved and you can reset back to the last one if you so desire. So next day you can attempt them. >pain train meltdowns gonna be a pain in your backside. Best of luck.
Alexander Gray
This is why you use Yesod and requested target abnormality. Last hit can easily net 8 books
Aiden Cooper
Does that work in that fight? i think the books are just a fixed reward in that fight and aren't specifically dropped by any enemy.
Dominic Sullivan
No, this is why you mod out the grind, it's just tedium.
Jack Rodriguez
dremaing current is good for beefing up nuggets, yes. >scarecrow since you're a prudencelet who doesnt understand how it works, yes
Nicholas Moore
Training improves in relation to the rank of the abno, the strength of the nuggets stat, damage type and how near death your nugget is after it's over. It's going to take a lot more work to train fortitude IV on One Sin at full health than it is to train fort I against Nothing there and come out with 1 hp left, with the obvious caveat of "if the nugget dies, training goes to hell". Push your nuggets to the limit, and train up everybody.

he made references to it, but that was like 3 years ago now

How much is left? I'm on the Hammers and nails boss, the amount of fights is getting ridiculous, also do you need to wait for the 9 turns or can I just focus down the girl?
Nolan Miller
That one and then the true-true-true final boss and then the epilogue fight. enjoy.
William Gomez
What's a good setup for farming groups of enemies? I need books from Liu 1/2 and the Index Proxies and I don't think that Gebura Onrush spam is gonna cut it.
Caleb Rodriguez
Can anyone give me a QRD on the better general receptions starting at Stray Dog/Molar? I found the axe dudes, what do I have coming up?
Charles Torres
Should I do this? Is it just a Steam Workshop mod? I’m was already sick of killing Mars 10 times over.
Isaiah Brooks
>can't go more than 10 seconds without pausing and checking to make sure I'm not forgetting anything >close the game after beating one day, feeling completely exhausted Honestly looking forward to inevitably resetting back to day 1 and relaxing again.
Xavier Edwards
Next tier (Urban plague) has jeongs office which is pretty nice for discard decks especially together with the molar office cards. I think it's only Myth and legend that has really lackluster general invitations. Everything after gives you some good stuff to round out your decks.

Good on you, remember to read the manual, she likes it.

I already beat this game and am going to start fighting the ensemble in ruina later today I love hod
Only thing left is to lobotomize yourself because after Limbus company turning into a gacha there's no hope left for this company.

Play mods Replay the games with a challenge (e. g. no unga allowed, no nugget deaths with a train in the facility) Follow the required reading image. Kafka, Dostoevsky, Hesse and Cervantes are all fantastic authors Finish the "trilogy"
I’m getting my ass beat by the katana guys after doing the weird masked insects, help

Would this Game be a good entry point if I’ve never played anything like it?
Eli Anderson
Absolutely not, go try it anyway

oh shit. Spotify was spitting that out a lot in my random mixes/radio recently. Good to know it's from LimbusCompany. at least the Soundtrack will probably be a banger again i guess.
Also checked out their website again if there's anything new i missed. I think they went a little too enthusiastic with the sbscriber/follower goals but that forth match flame E.G.O. looks great. At least the artstyle's still great too? Man, i really don't know how i feel about this whole thing. Here's hoping the gacha isn't completely jewish but the gameplay also not completely braindead. I want a good challenge but with gacha i'm scared the solution is simply "spend money". Worst thing is i just want more about this world so I'll check it out anyway.
Is there any timeline yet for beta or when this should release?
