Those are optional. You only need to beat the three of them on Normal to get the Figure and the photo in Kirby's house.

You know, in other kirby true arenas, you might have had a point. It can be tiresome to go through a dozen bosses to have another go at the last one. But this game lets you retry from the boss you lost to without redoing the entire gauntlet.
