Arcane Signet is damn near sol rock tier and is the best 2 mana rock there is. It is mana fixing and it enters untapped. It is ramp and it utterly blows out others in its category. You better have a very good reason to not include it unless you're running colorless.

Pioneer feels like the proper non-rotating format for Standard decks to exist post rotation and Vintage feels like the place where even the most broken of cards can be allowed to exist (Oko being a good example)
