Important too is being able to wander to a vendor that sells fish, meat, or fruit, or a grocery store at max 1,5hour walk away, with the people working being slightly xenophobic when I first came, but warmed up from me eventually routinely buying the same stuff and gifting them a cool fungus (can be a warm meal too) I found/discovered?

And I lived in a town where the vendors were like that. It was nice and it had good energy.
