Right but with dual scimitars you have two attacks that proc 4 hits very quickly (jumping L1, sprinting L1) which made them good for early game bleed, I'm just wondering how this early game build stacks against other popular bleed builds like Eleonora's Poleblade and RoB Corpsepiler. Obviously it must hold some weight since the other user with the webm demonstrated Dual Scimitars taking down Malenia.

Accidentally. I was grinding her and decided to see how good spirits are in a boss situation. I've tested them out in the field, but never in a boss. Summoned +7 Tiche and beat her on the first try using spirits. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

What really pissed me off about the fight was the fact you have to parry 3 times to get a stagger. I like playing with a shield and longsword, with a parry focus. Learning her attack timings would've been fun, but having to get 3 parries and her healing per hit really burned me out on the fight. So much so I resorted to trying a spirit against her. I really wish they would've just let me parry her like normal, hell, I would've preferred her to have 2x the hp as long as I could stagger her in one parry.

Also, raptor of the mists is terrible against her, since there are no openings in which rolling+jump attack would be worse, and can actually get you comboed to death on several attacks. It's a shame since it's the single most fun ash of war in the game. Really sad you can't fight her any other way other than cheesing her or doing the whole wait 5 minutes for an opening to do a jump attack.

Mohg is still the best fight in the game.

Is it even possible to beat her with an int build? I never figured out how to dodge her waterfowl dance as I don't have enough endurance to dodge roll through the whole thing, nor can I block it.
