user I honestly think you don’t know how rpg’s work. JoJo was always set in a small town and follows the story of few characters, there is very disregard to worldbuilding. They won’t have any material. JoJo can only work in a fighting game.

Parts 2, 3, 5, 7 and the last third of 6 aren't set in small towns

I always hold to the idea that part 8 had some cool ideas but araki did then with such shit execution that it spoiled the whole part
which is a shame too since wonder of you is a pretty cool stand and really the idea of a whole group being the main villain isn't a bad idea, they just had to choose the one with little to no buildup to be the last foe.
