I wanted to see an end to loading screens. Except now arbitrary loading screens are here to stay because they're adspaces now. It sucks that AAA development is so bad that not only do you have to buy the game, its DLC, and a subscription, you now have to sit through arbitrary loading screens with ads.

now will be the same shit as mobile games loading over 200 ads while playing an hour or will ask you to connect your twitter and facebook accounts to the game.

The mmo Anarchy Online has had in game ads off and on since its inception. tho they seem to be missing currently again

I'm ok with rl ads in video games as long it is about other viseo games.

Xbox has been my console of choice since the original console came out, but if they put ads in their video games I'd sell my console immediately and never look back.
Video games are one of the only mediums where you don't see ads being shoved down our throats. I will not give a single cent to a company that tries to ruin that.

well you can use a secondary partition or hard drive to install linux (even a 64GB pendrive is good enough to install linux)
as long you don't update windows 10 or 11 you are good to go (each time windows gets updated deletes de GPT boot manager from linux)
