ITT lets take something a character does and put some actual math behind it. For example in the Metroid games, until Samus gets the Gravity suit she can still move through lava with some trouble. Now, lava can be 10,000 to 100 million times more viscous than water depending on the type of lava. To keep it simple, if it took Samus one pound of force for her to move one pound of her weight through water, and since Samus weighs 200lbs. She would need 2,000,000 to 200,000,000 lbs of force to move at all. This is most likely higher due to all the surface area a human body has.

You cant quantify alien bird magic
I can and I will!
that always was a little weird to me
you'd think water would be the lesser variant of lava, with gravity being something to let you stay grounded in conditions that otherwise would result in something pushing/grabbing Samus
If you ask me, the Gravity Suit does what it says. It manipulates gravity but on the surface of the suit.
She looks like she's wearing a tight thong and her balls are spilling out
The power suit not only can walk through lava like it was a ball pit but it can hold kraid's mouth open, that thing has strength.
Makes me wonder how much of it is Samus and how much is the suit
Not if it is like the kind of lava in terminator, I think it’s just for sake of having a burning hot location that is normally off limits and works like water, which is why some games use acid instead, but acid is not as fun as glowing hot lava. They could create more viscous lava forms and use that for coming up with where she gets her ability to be that powerful. The suit’s shinespark itself was a bad idea. They should turn it into an ability to super jump, not an ability that unlocks after running fast enough. Which would negate the whole wall jumping thing.
I love lava and water blocks in Minecraft, because you can create all sorts of things with them. Same as in quake 2.
If I wanted a game theory video I would just go to YouTube
