You need to start thinking and seeing in shapes. I don't know why most of early drawing lessons in primary school and whatnot stress just "drawing the lines you see" (at least did a long while ago when I was at school) when it is much more important to understand the shape you are trying to represent and why it looks like it does. After you draw something from a few angles and with clear understanding of its shape you begin to be able to extrapolate all the possible angles in between. Similarly, you can reference existing works if you just need a similar pose, although that can be a slippery slope. Reference as closely as you want but never ever trace outright.
Anatomy btw is a bitch because things change shape a lot depending on the pose, in addition to understanding the basic shapes you need to understand the way it works in motion. Drawing tits and cloth helped me with this a lot.
I'm still an exceedingly mediocre artist so all of this is just bullshit to be honest. If you want to be a pro I can't help you but this way at least I'm having fun.

Thanks man, feel like I'm so used to having guides, textbooks and courses that just doing something feels really fuckin off,like not knowing where to start. And I you do start wether that was a good choice or something else would've been better/faster.

Just draw. You are recreating 3d objects in 2d so you need understand the form and shape and how perspective affects them. Study the first chapters of Loomis to learn constructing and then apply it to things you like to draw. I started to draw a year ago and solely draw my own fetish and 3 months in got my first commission. So have fun and do your thing.

For humans or furries is pretty simple. Find a character to obsess over and draw them over and over again. Search for different poses on google and draw your character doing those poses. It doesn't matter if it looks bad at first, you will get better quickly. Just let your autism fuel your art
Remember, art should be around 95% drawing and 5% reading books
