It's Super Mario 64 (PC Port) with the Render96 project (an attempt to recreate the look of late 90s Mario renders/models) with Ray Tracing which enhances the lighting/shadows. Together they are very convincing, but apart they look like shit. Render96 isn't finished yet as only 4/15 levels have been properly remodelled

It is. The camera is controlled by the mouse. Takes a little getting used to. That's using the Anniversary Edition mod "New Combat Moves for Konoko" btw.
