I've lived in the hood for a long time now and every time I hear gunshots I just assume it's one problem taking care of another. Sometimes 10 or 15 minutes will go by and there will be another burst of gunfire, most likely a retaliation attack. Good, more problems solved. Eventually, there won't be any more.
