I assumed that with Reindog being one of 2 support characters it was for balancing reasons but with the Ninja I'm not so sure. Perhaps it's got something to do with a Story Mode or some other campaign shit.

To be fair, that's not the actual roster, it's just a fan interpretation of what it will look like when all the characters are added. As a person who played the playtest, the actual roster doesn't really have a specific order for some reason.

Gotta build up lore, the game is gonna have a story mode of some sort.
