most everything is up to vote (ie crit on cap, crits in general depending on server) except for weapon spread, i don't remember which servers have spread on and which servers have spread off but it's not something up to vote to my memory

it's close enough to typical TF2 besides being a 24/7 server that i have no real problem playing on skial anymore
