only 9/10 games... it's over switchbros

Based taste.

Forgotten Land is not just remembered. It remains.

>physical vs digital + physical
?

Basically Nintendo rules.
(with the exception of Elden Ring)

Um, holy based.

Why are Kirbytroons aggressively attacking Elden King unprovoked?

>it's a resetranny
makes sense

25k to 50k
I don't see it doing super well since it's a years late rerelease

>PlayStation 5 – 11.224 (1.539.407)
>Switch OLED - 34,892 (1,559,443)

Switch OLED alone outsold both PS5 models in 5 months.
I wonder where that assblasted user who kept spamming OLED Switch was a flop went

Might as well phase out the other two

At best, around 10k. It's a late port and everyone already knows about the twists and plot.

Switch hardware sales have dropped consistently by about 25% compared to a year ago. Honestly that's really solid for being over 5 years old now. Projecting future sales I think it's gonna go like this
2021: 24 million
2022: 17.5 million
2023: 13 million
The Switch should end somewhere around 140-145 million sales when all is said and done. Just shy of the DS and PS2 but with a higher price and with less rebuying.

They shouldn't be skipping PlayStation. Switch owners don't buy 3rd party games. Those games will feel the effects dearly for leaving the PlayStation audience behind.

The Next Gen PlayStations continue to face stock issues.

>04./00. [PS4] 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim # (Atlus) {2019.11.28} (¥8.980) - 34.608 / NEW
Either 50k or 20k. Maybe more if people are actually excited about the Switch release, but those are your strongest candidates.

>NSOLED has outsold the PS5

Stock issues

switch and playstation have both been dropping in sales probably due to the chip shortage
Hardware year on year (not including this week)
SWI: 1.22m (-22%)
PS5: 258k (-23%)
XBS: 40k (+359%)
3DS: 5033 (-46%)

Not even remotely. The OLED is the heavy hitter premium option, but the standard Switch does very good week-to-week numbers. The Lite is surprisingly meager relative to the market's seeming preference for handheld play.

>(+359%)
PHIL

Damn, even PC is absolutely mogging sony in Japan now...

What PS audience?

>Logo with troon colors
Wow. Stereotypes come true.

NO. DELETE. THIS WOULD INVALIDATE THESE CHARTS AND NSW MUST ALWAYS WIN.

>Not my problem

Switch having lower sales is because of it's absolutely phenomenal sales during Covid and AC. It was a peak that can't be repeated unless Covid decides to suddenly mutates to try to win the pandemic game.

>They shouldn't be skipping PlayStation. Switch owners don't buy 3rd party games. Those games will feel the effects dearly for leaving the PlayStation audience behind.
TOP50 Best selling 3rd party games in Japan in 2021
>Switch - 32 releases - 7.416.166 units (82.7%)
>PS4 - 14 releases - 1.355.566 units (15.1%)
>PS5 - 4 releases - 200.435 units (2.2%)

Attached: 1642591257826.png (603x959, 85.76K)

So much for that theory.

>Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 a flop
Nagoshi won.

The ones buying Elden Ring. PS audience is not dead in Japan. They got Elden Ring to a million units.

Cope. None of these sales count. Based Sony will prevail. HEIL SONY, HEIL VICTORY

Kind of a dead week

Correct.

Attached: IMG_20220108_191501.jpg (1080x2238, 789.43K)

Not necessarily. Nintendo's been bottlenecked by shortages and have yet to do a single price drop. To top it off, they've got Switch Sports, Pokemon, and BotW 2 at LEAST with regard to heavy hitting tentpoles, and regional favorites like Splatoon 3 are also in the known pipeline despite not even hitting the middle of the year.. There are waves yet to crash.

>XBS: 40k (+359%)
MOOGGED

Japan should start considering physical PS5 games to be e-waste. Nobody wants them. Maybe they'll have to fill a landfill with them like with Atari ET.

What did it even do differently from puyo puyo tetris? I didn’t get it since I already had the first game.

The brunt of those sales may be on PC, actually.

Momotaro Dentetsu is still probably on place 11 and it's kind of sad that people in the west still think that Konami only does Pachinko because they quit making mediocre AAA games carried by Metal Gear to focusing on Bemani and the domestic market.

And Switch Pro in October

fuck off bingshitters. Literal babyshit games made for retards

My only thought with it is I wonder if they can pull it off again

3DS bros...

too bad ER isn't exclusive lmao.

Baseless.

>Japan sales: Persona 5 900,000, Persona 5 Royal 400,000, Shin Megami Tensei V 190,000

>What did it even do differently from puyo puyo tetris?
Improved online and new "Skill Battles" mode
also had a Xbox One release outside japan which PPT1 lacked

Always funny to see some clueless gaijin think Konami is literally over there doing nothing.
When told about how they are focused on the domestic market now the response is always "Well... I DON'T CARE ABOUT THOSE GAMES!"
Even fucking Western journos seem to think Konami is just abandoned. The situation with Konami is a dead giveaway that the Western games media is completely clueless about the Jap market and gives 0 fucks about it.

SMTV did that good? Based, i should go back and finish it when I have time

Amazing legs on Kirby.

Wew, you must've really gotten assblasted to pull this out

Shortages are not a serious issue for Nintendo right now. They definitely were during the holidays but it's absolutely not hard to find a switch, even an OLED right now. Sales are just naturally declining as we enter the late stage of the console's life. In reality, the switch is holding up better than most consoles do. Only declining 25% 5 years in is phenomenal. But you cant expect the Switch to never decline in sales ever, eventually the market becomes saturated.

u got no replies because the post was bad
here's a pity (you) bud, better luck next time.

I'm sure you'll be making these comparisons when Soul Hackers comes out :^)

>inb4 SH2 sells 200k in Japan and 1 million WW because it's on 5 platforms

I expect barely charting.

Late port, I hate those scraps.

Isn't Konami the best performing japanese video game company last year?
