Itt: worst game in a series

The gacha is worse

Wrong
But I can't pick which is the worst

I disagree

What's bad about it?

The ending was pretty neat. Gameplay was worse however.

The gacha games are worse by far.

What didn't you like about this game?

That's not Dream Drop Distance.

In terms of actual video games, BBS is the worst KH game.

>posts the third best
checks out coming from a faggot

>Meld cool commands
>Has the Command Board minigame
BBS was fun

I mean I know it's a card game but Re:Chain of Memories is still a video game.

That's not the shitty phone game that counts as a mainline game because Kingdom Hearts has no side games

That's not MGSV (Phantom Pain, Ground Zeroes was kino)

The worst version of CoM is still committed to its gameplay gimmick. BBS is so obviously bored with itself and making you repeat the same fucking story beats 3 times that it forces you into all these shitty minigames just to keep things fresh. BBS is definitely the worst one, and if you took away the playable girl then Yea Forums would have no leg left to pretend to like it.

>That's not MGSV
I know. It's Portable Ops: a pile of trash that's worse in every way.

CoM is more enjoyable than BBS.

Well let's put it this way
I just finished playing 'most' of the games (because I sure as hell wasn't playing Chain of Memories again, despite the HD remake), since they didn't include 258/2 nor Re:code...

But as fare as I can tell, 258/2 pretty much re-used all the same assets from KH2, and seemed like it was mission-driven, so yeah, probably isn't the most stellar game.

Frankly my vote is Chain of Memories. I had the slight hope they were going to remake it without the card-faggotry, BUT NOPE. Gotta do card-slights to do special attacks--fuck me.

Birth By Sleep is up there too. Whomever though playing three separate playthroughs to get the super-not-so-secret ending should be shot. There's NO reason those couldn't all be the same playthrough, but NOPE, gotta visit Toon Town THREE SEPARATE TIMES.

I'm playing through this now
kill yourself

Every Kingdom Hearts that isn't 1 or 2 is extremely mediocre. Three isn't THAT bad but it's not saying much.

>Roxas moves like he's knee-deep in syrup.
>Magic is use-limited. Magic is also the only way to do non-chip damage.
>Every enemy has too much health but is also braindead so there's no challenge.
>Just slap around sandbags very slowly for 30 hours.
>Some of the worst bosses in the series like Leechgrave and Ruler of the Sky
>story isn't that good, for what was supposed to be Roxas' game there's a lot of focus on a bland puppet and we don't really learn anything new about the rest of the Organization
>lots of annoying and repetitive missions

>I'm playing through this now
I'm sorry.

That ain't Mass Attack

I'm still beyond mad

The only thing that really bugged me about KH3 was the fact that somehow both Roxas and Ventus were completely separate people.

Like, I get it--they introduced Xion as sort of a unique character, so no reason why they couldn't make Roxas unique as well, but then my brain took a shit when Ventus was suddenly re-introduced. I thought Sora just wasn't aware he had Ventus's heart, but nope, gotta make the same character with two separate hairstyles...

...

358/2 had a lot of charm. It was a very personal experience playing it. The gameplay was okay but not bad.

But its the best trilogy of characters of the series.

>still committed
Yeah that still doesn't fix the slog of playing that shit till it becomes broken and then just sonic blade to win. I actually tried to 100% it and it was 10x worse of a slog than the main campaign and I quit the last part of just waiting for RNG to give me the last few heartless cards. I 100% BBS and at least the variety helped it shit load even if you could break the game just as easily.

Good thing I'm talking about Re:CoM

And for this franchise, that's saying something

358/2 still had better storyline with Roxas the cool end part of the game that was hinted with the ending of KH2. Also it was not long at all. BBS was bad in the 3 playthrough sense but I can slightly forgive it because Aqua is short, Ventus was medium length and fucking Terra was long.

Still better than MGSV the The Phanton Pile of shit

The hell is Aqua doing in that game...

Cole's powers 'felt' stronger, and his character was more interesting than Delsin. Not to mention the blatant tease at the end of 2 with the Lightning means Cole is most likely alive.

Today I will remind them

There was a DS Tales? What was it about? And what made it suck?

Not even fucking close.

At least the game ends early and is not that long even if you do not like it. Try Dream Drop Distance you will wish that game never existed.

Fuck you, they were the best Ace Attorney games since Investigations 2

DGS2 is really great. DGS1 isn't.

I agree. Phantom Pain is miles worse than any other mgs game.

Portable Ops was the worst it made me wish they went with MGS Acid instead.

I think we can all agree that all the mobile/handheld Kingdom Hearts games sucked.

No

It was the worst before MGSV was released half finished.
> it made me wish they went with MGS Acid instead.
Based. Ac!d 1 and 2 are great games.

What Kirby game is worse? Air Ride has so little content it almost feels like a tech demo than an actual game. Double Dash gets shit on nowadays for only having 16 tracks but Air Ride only has 9, and 2 of those are Baby Park tier simple.

>insulting the last kirby game with soul
kill yourself.

Attached: 1622817981704.jpg (612x760, 238.13K)

I don't like air ride but I have to say tilt and tumble is worse since its virtually unplayable on anything but a gbc.

MGSV has several fun levels and smooth controls. PO has nothing but "Calling to the Night." Your contrarianism will only get you so far.

I don't disagree that it has soul (those minigames and the anime references were kino) and the OST is top tier.
I just didn't like the game

The one with the neon chick is infinitely worse

How is Recoded not the worst KH game? Unless you count the Mobile one. No other game in the series comes even close to the sheer mediocrity, low effort and absolute inconsequence of Recoded.

Yep

>MGSV has smooth controls.
Yes
>several fun levels
Nope. Two empty open worlds devoid of content aren't fun levels

Day that to my face and not online, see what happens

One thing I hate IIRC is that every enemy in 358/2 does not have hitstun except for combo finishers, so you're more incentivized to use keyblades that end the combo in just 2 hits.

If you hate chain of memories you don’t like Kingdom hearts simple as

Objectively correct

>Nope
Yes. The Soviet base camp alone is infinitely better than anything PO's awkward repurposed PVP maps have to offer. Portable Ops doesn't even have a better story. It's ass.

it was kino and the online was fun as fuck, neck yourself retard
