If you didn’t utilise every tool you had available to you to overcome challenges, you didn’t actually beat the game as intended, you did some weird self-imposed challenge run and fundamentally changed the experience you were supposed to have. I actually didn't beat nocturne. i quit shortly after the ghost rider boss when i realized how easy the game was if you just spammed buffs/debuffs. there just wasn't any other mechanics to really master and i knew it would get stale by the end of the game
