no joke some of the most fun i've had with gaming in the past year, making a no build mode really made it bearable. all the goofy ass dances and skins just make it more fun too

yeah i gotta say, other than the sometimes wack balancing making enemies feel like bullet sponges, the gunplay actually feels really solid, and players almost never lag around

Fortnite should be a case study for every aspiring game developer. The game has some merits, but the fact that it is one of the biggest hits of the industry at the moment is pure coincidence, a bunch of lucky cases happening one after the other without any control from the creators of the original game. If the developers understood that the hits are basically all lucky cases and that their good game is not guaranteed to pay off, they would think twice before quitting a job or some shit.

revolver is quite nice, but you gotta have a real flick wrist to properly use those slow weapons
most weapons do seem to have gotten nerfed in the past year though, the sniper rifles are borderline useless now requiring multiple headshots to kill, even bolt action which is absurd

pump shotgun is even worse, if you can only shoot one load every like 2-3 seconds it MUST kill in one or max two shots, but nope. it's pretty much impossible to kill with even on point blank range
compare that to the drum or auto shotgun that just blasts people away

The game actually has improved a lot since launch. I reinstalled it again recently after they got rid of the building cancer and the gameplay itself is much tighter than it was a few years ago. Not bad at all for a free game. Of course you're still a massive faggot for actually liking the skins and the gay ass dances. The game's art style and presentation is beyond obnoxious.
there are bots in every game, but not as bad as the first few, so you can feel accomplished for winning easily
