Kämpfer has next to no ranged defense, so it's wet paper if a support says no to your legs. In general, you shouldn't get your hopes up for any suit that you want. The drop rate/system for suits also throws in weapons, so you can get a drop containing 10 weapons for suits you don't use and they can even all be dupes.

Sensitivity is tied to the suits themselves, so tweaking your mouse settings will not do much of anything
Most major stunning ranged attacks are projectiles, so be mindful of travel time and environmental blocks on shots

And to top it all off, there's an upgrade system that requires to upgrade shit if you want the suit to be useful. And if that wasn't enough, all weapons have limited use/ammo and are gacha as well, so have fun. It's literally one of the jewiest, scummiest """games""" I've ever seen.

before my ps4 died I was at 682 consec days, and I had taken several breaks prior, been playing since jp got english as an option (technically before but I dropped it and didn't get really into it until then), while your advice is good in general it doesn't apply to the Kampfer which is freely obtainable now. Also, while the kampfers legs get absolutely obliterated, it trades that for explosive chain stuns that allow it to beat almost any suit it catches out in a 1v1 confrontation

I'll assume you aren't being retarded and trying to imply a weapon expires after a set amount of uses. Any suit rolled comes with all the weapons in it's loadout. The gacha weapons do pad the rolls but they aren't 'limited use'

Was unironically the most meta warping suit prior to 700 when it came out, even moreso than the Mk II was. It wasn't uncommon to see 12 Methuss in a lobby. Has been nerfed since but is still reliable, good damage, mobility, stuns. Likes to poke rather than commit, can dip with transformation. Has a neat gimmick of a charge shot that fires in multiple bursts, which I enjoyed.

Battle Alliance seems like a single player (with multiplayer option) PVE version of SDGO.

I forgot it's in the depot shop. I'm too used to anything good being in a drop. After spending 300 tokens on Dom Gnomides, I haven't wanted anything that isn't Geara Doga Heavy Arms. Hopefully they'll give current and modern suits in the free drops on release day and not have everyone running around in a GM Cold District and turning the battlefield into blender.

I fully expect them to give everyone at least one or two suits per cost, otherwise the RNG cost matches would occasionally have no one playing due to suit avaliability
Couple that with some sort of special launch day banner events (maybe one Fed and one Zeek banner) and they could manage to snag a healthy population

Battlefield Heroes was only good in the alpha where it was restricted purely to cartoon-WW2 stuff. And back then it also had option to get shit for 30 days (there was no gacha ever in it, instead it had store where you could buy items that expired after X days or X uses) or even permanently. Then in beta they started adding retarded immersion breaking shit and by the time it came out they removed the 30 day "rent" option for items and jacked up the permanent option in price by like 10 times making if unfeasible unless you were willing to drop fat money on it.
Honestly the game was only fun in alpha, after that it became trash, there's a private server nowadays by the way with everything unlocked permanently if you wanna check it out.

Downswings are the most powerful melee attack and combo tool you have in your arsenal. They will cause any suit hit to fall down, effectively rending the suit stunned for a set amount of time. During this down-stun you can either sneak in gunshots or further melee attacks before it ends. Most tactics in the game (for 1v1) involve finding a way to stun the opponent (be it ranged weapon or melee hit) then combo into a downswing, and then hit them again with another damaging attack
The issue is that friendly fire + many downswings having VERY wide arcs = oops when it comes to teamfights

Fuck no, a lot of the recent suits hit ""downswing"" and charge forward half a mile spinning like a gargantuan beyblade. It's got to a point where you'll see people do nothing but boosting around downswinging all game, it's ridiculous
