You WON'T learn japanese

I can't bring myself to grind kanji

Good

I’m busy

This. If it wasnt for Kanji I would know Japanese by now

I'm just taking a break

i can read the kana and romaji
that's about it

This bitch is responsible for causing the heat death of the universe a few 100s of million ears earlier. She's is dire need of corrective rape

While I do like the moonrune country, people, and culture, I have no desire to learn anything but English.
I think learning more than one language, while it is good for your brain, to make it more plastic, it is ultimately a betrayal of your nation and your people and ancestry.

I feel little to no sympathy for my nation but then again I'm not a first-worlder, ""my"" people have done a good job of making me feel alienated

>Skipped my cards today
Yeah you right

>learning more than one language (...) is ultimately a betrayal of your nation and your people and ancestry.
What

Language learning is mental cuckoldry

correct, and I dint care to either. learning a second language is a waste of time and resources

I'm sorry you do not understand, you are either weak or strong, in this world, you are the former.
It is rare, but I hope one day you will become strong.

I don’t need to.

cope

Does this help?

You're right user I don't understand
I hope never to understand

And I WON'T read your VN

I tried the hiragana one at some point
It was essentially multiple choice flash cards iirc so I guess it's not terrible though probably slower than just doing regular flash cards and reading

Worst one.
>Voice acting removed from Katakana War
>Everything dies in one hit so no reason to use status effects or spells
>Constantly just recycles the defend the village segment
>Village building is boring as fuck
>Way too fucking long
>Doesn't do anything to teach you how to read kanji
>Removed side quests with soul to be replaced with ducks
Only good change was the dungeon where you can grind experience.

explain to a brainlet like me. why is kanji so necessary when kana and gana are used for writing+reading anyway?

In such a case your soul will continue to return to this plane.

they're not

Because thats the way it is.
They mix all 3.

t. tried to learn japanese, learned hiragana and gave up halfway katakana + starting kanjis

There are many comics that have hiragana supports beside the kanji, you can easily learn kanji with it

that's what I'd like to know, why? but I guess that's real meta asking why even develop languages in the way they are from their original roots..

He's a brainlet, kanji is not even the hardest part of japanese, in fact it makes thing easier to remember.
>why is kanji so necessary
Makes thing easier to read(no joke)

Attached: 1620593023448.jpg (1067x1212, 398.5K)

>that's what I'd like to know, why?
Because thats the way their language evolved, theres no thought behind it.
Why do we write and speak this way in english? Because its the way the language evolved.

Imaginetryingtoreadenglishlikethisallthetime.

Some sentences written out in only Hiragana or Katakana could mean different things depending on how you group the syllables. Since Japanese doesn't use spaces, Kanji groups them for you so you know what the word is.

>"If it weren't for the words, I'd know English by now"
This is how this sounds. Who knows, maybe someone in Japan is saying that right now.

so, thinking back on movies that are subtitled in japanese, rather than having to combine a fuckton of characters in the form of kana or gana, you could just use 1 or few to represent specifics with kanji. I'm getting that right? remembers seeing those jap subs as fucking longass sentences, dont want that on a sign or road

yeah, essentially this is where I was going with

>Makes thing easier to read
yeahbecauseifwereanesllearningenglishforthefirsttimeandyourbrainhadntfiguredoutpatternrecognitionyetnothavingspaceswouldbearealfuckingproblemwouldntit

I learned Jap speak after playing every Yakuza game

This one helps a lot because it teaches you Kanji by telling you stories about their form

Why would I want to learn japanese? I'm already ESL I don't need a fucking third language.

based

how much kanji is necessary to live regularly in Japan, you'd guess?

Do they explain me why "noisy" in japanese is literally 3 women together?

Attached: image.png (960x567, 173.32K)

lul

About 2000

Women are social creatures and gossip a lot

sheesh. that should cover all the essentials then, I'm assuming. like food variants, clothing, colors, social shit, direction, etc etc

i tried a long time ago and gave up
my brain's in even worse shape now so no chance

Based japs.

Does this do what wanikani does where it teaches you the radicals to better help you remember the kanji? I've found that really helpful so far and having a "story" for each new kanji and its reading makes remembering less of a crap shoot for me.

Every highschool graduated knows a minimum of 2100 or something
Japanese on college know about 2900-3000.

any other fun examples of patterns like this?

It's not that hard. Hiragana and Katakana can be learn in 2 days. Kanji is the hardest part but learning them plus grammar makes everything easier

もうゲームやアニメがそのままで内容が分かるレベルだが、会話や作文のときはまだすごく大変。これからどうするかな…

i gave up learning japanese ages ago since i could play any game i wanted to, my only problem being some new words that I didn't see yet with and at times the writing got a bit fancy.
I haven't read in ages and i tried today and really struggled but could manage even after years of not reading it.
Japanese isn't my interest anymore as there's nothing i want to play or read in japanese.
I switched over to drawing and now I draw cunny.

Attached: file.png (2369x2927, 1.63M)

how would this look kanji'd if possible

This. Learn to draw. Learn to draw furry porn, they pay A LOT for that

Correct. And I'm not buying Japanese games or other media until they get proper translations.

Attached: 1645646412904.png (1673x2160, 2.24M)

That is kanji'd

Why are you an asshole to translators?

Attached: 1639827255562.png (730x700, 513.68K)

that is what a japanese sentence looks like. it is already "kanji'd". not all words need it

Nips are too autistic

Attached: 3448-introduction-to-kanji-3.jpg (649x381, 95.61K)

>skipped learning a language for learning the arts of cunny
stunningly and exuberantly based.
got a place to follow?

Based. How long you been drawing?

I don't have to, subtitles exist

Any specific tablet to draw?

>I have no desire to learn anything but English.
Burgers everyone.
>it is ultimately a betrayal of your nation and your people and ancestry
Jesus fucking Christ...

jfc, I assumed kanji would break down sentences to their bare bones. looked like something kana or gana would be structured as, had no idea kanji can get that bloated too
