>Suddenly the best fucking music in the game
It's a damn shame that both of the beasts were piss easy.
A lowly user, playing as an OP?
damn this is good
Eh, the OST isn’t bad, but a lot of the music just blends in together.
In Dark Souls 3 for example, I can easily tell you what boss or zone I’m in as soon as I hear the track. Elden Ring only has a few noteworthy tracks.
Elden Ring is an improvement on DS3 in a lot of ways, but music is not one of them.
Why didn't they use Motoi Sakuraba this time?
All of the main story bosses have good themes, but frankly Godrick and Radahn take the cake
Godskins and Lichdragon are based songs
Fallen Knights is also perfect song, feels like a blend between demon's souls and Bloodborne

Do you really think so? I can't think of any two shardbearers or other big-boy bosses that have even remotely similar sounding music.
I dunno, but I sincerely hope they keep using Shoi Miyazawa
>Cool looking open world
>Open world music sucks donkey dick
I don't know how they managed to fuck up this badly to where even Dragon Quest 11's music is an improvement compared to Elden Ring.
The OST in ER is a strict improvement over DS3. DS3's digital orchestra was very noticeable, and the soundtrack was good but not especially outstanding. Only tracks like Soul of Cinder and Vordt were really noteworthy in base game. BB is still the superior OST as far as Fromsoft games go, but ER is a close second.
I am a fromdrone, the only good track on the game is Malenia's track, which is the trailer track.

shit is kino
Regal is a bitch if you have low DPS.
They literally cut the best track from DS3 and replaced it with one much more generic, Miyazaki is a hack: youtube.com
whats a soundtramp?
>fighting final boss
>expanded main theme starts playing
holy fucking kino
This might be the best piece of OST ever in a soulsborne.

Not a boss theme but every time I step into any of the underground zones it takes me to another place
>BOOOOLAAAS
>DODODODO DO DODODO
>FUUUUCK PIIIIIISS
>DODODODO DO DODODO
>AAAAAANUUUUUS
>DODODODO DO DODODO
>PAAAINUUS....
Updooted
I don't get why waste best track on bosses like these tho
>First art released
>Godlike in-game reveal (On the top of a creepy village or inside an evil snake worshiping church)
>These fuckers appears again to fuck your shit up hinting into some serious god slaying big bad
>Second theme is amazing
>WASTED ON A FUCKING REMATCH NONSENSE BADLY BALANCED MINIBOSS FIGHT

i really liked the character creation music
>Great, slick designs and cool moves
>Amazing, really amazing themes
>Interesting backstory
>ZERO plot relevancy
I don't understand.
Foreskin apostle had the best ost
How is Elden Ring an improvement over DS3? The only thing I can think of is that you need to hit three parries to get riposte on bosses, that's it.
it's good but nothing will top ds1
I'm listening to the DS3 firelink shrine music now. I don't think I will ever reach the degree of wellbeing I had as when I played it in 2017. This hurts.
thats the stuff
youtube.com
Hearing this as the Tree Sentinel poses with his horse to assert dominance is always great.
only recently i've noticed that firelink's music changes if you give the firekeeper her eyes. so there's actually 2 firelink themes

AAAAAHHHH!!!!!! OOOOOOOHHHH!!!!!
*anime moveset with HE BAD GUY 274 move combo*
*YOU DYED KEK*
The only good music in the game comes from the roadside merchant playing the lute near Saintsbridge, and pic related. Oh, and the flower dancers are okay too. But all the boss music is absolute ass.
Sorry but you're wrong, Maliketh's theme is godlike.
Too bad about you getting shredded though
These are pretty good. Too bad about Malenia's boss theme though.
I'd add Twin Princes and Gael to the list of DS3's unforgettable tracks.
hnnngh
Malenia is good as well
this is so much fucking better
Probably my favorite in the game next to Godfrey/Horah Loux
One of the best for me, plays on leyndell sewers youtube.com
Soundtrack is great. Although I have a strange habit of playing Ace Combat 7 soundtrack while playing Elden Ring, it's an uncanny good fit despite being two completely different games.
Radagon did nothing wrong. Also, muh boy Godwyn the Golden also did literally nothing wrong and got the worst deal out of them all..
off the top of my head
godrick
ancestor
rykard
godfrey
apostles
mohg
erdtree knights
maliketh
radagon
elden beast
lichdragon
It's pretty damn good, I'd put it right under bloodborne and above ds3
>le epic choir chants
>then the demons souls theme
lmao this is so fucking lazy.
Radahn's OST and Radagon's are memorable.
Nobody has ever said that.
I'm so fucking upset that Godrick and stormveil castle was the peak of this game.
for me, it's morgott's
those high pitches are pure sex
youtube.com
I don't get the hype behind these guys I beat them on my third try and I run a pure STR build
Soundtrack, story, weapons, enemies, gameplay, map, graphics
i turned the ingame music off and listen to jazz while i play cause the actual soundtrack got on my nerves cause it kept phasing in and out
UOOOOOOHHHH
>Erdtree Gang (Crucible Knights and Erdtree Sentinels)
>Godskin Gang
>Undead Gang (Tibia Mariner and Deathbirds)
>All their themes are fucking good
fuck bros, I kneel
I think Radahn's is pretty underrated. I've never actually heard it all the way through though
Soundtrack is alright.
The story telling, empty world, and spread thin lore is what's not good. I can get over the bad menu choices, how boring the game gets when the initial skill curve is over; but only if there is actual intrigue and immersion to keep me busy and interested. Elden Ring fell flat af on those notes. Kind of makes me feel bad for shitting on Bethesda so hard.
For me its Godrick, Ancestor, Morgott and Rennala
Wow they even reused the main theme
I don't usually notice a boss soundtrack unless it is particularly unique or powerful. Godrick and ancestor spirit themes were pretty good. I have to say though that my favorite tracks have to be both of Mohg's tracks. I can't describe the feeling of coming across sewer Mohg on my first blind playthrough. After trudging through the horny ogre sewers for what felt like hours I made it down, down to... a church? And the boss is an Omen in full priest vestments. I couldn't help but grin ear to ear when I saw this horned devil priest boss throwing fiery blood at me and his dracula ass theme really set the mood perfectly. easily one of the high points of the whole game and his fight is fun as well.

I don't think anything will ever beat Ludwig though. That boss fight is the best thing FROM has ever done and they have yet to top it. youtube.com
