From left to right is earth, fire, water, air, ethereal. Air are the thinniest and have like birdbones for the vehicles. By exclusion the second tallest is water, the chubby is earth for sure and fire and ethereal already identified.

She's an elderly Tau and is pretty old. She's constantly being kept in stasis so she doesn't die of old age since she is one of the few students left taught by Commander Puretide himself and is brought out of stasis when she is needed the most during one of the extreme spheres of expansion.

Oh, and the Tau hid the fact that their supreme leader was killed, and they have an AI-assisted hologram of him "leading" the Empire and the public is none the wiser.
