Lorkhan did not create existence, he created the cage in which he can rule over mortals and make them suffer, which is exactly what happened in the history of Tamriel, just an endless cycle of suffering. There is no clear goal of him in the game's lore and nobody advanced from mortality through any of his teachings. Everyone that gained godhood did so with mer magic and technology. Don't come me with c0da-shit, even with Amaranth the goal of him is ultimately the destruction of this reality and nobody knows what comes afterwards. It might even be worse.

I'm an anti-nihilist in real life, but with Elder Scrolls lore I don't see any reason to support Lorkhans garbage. The only ones that ever advanced did so through mer teachings, mer magic and mer technologies. Humans just eat shit and are happy about it.
The Thalmor were always a reaction towards human aggression. There was no reason for Tiber to attack Summerset Isle, commit atrocities against them and force them into his empire. Those weren't even the elves that enslaved humans before. The Ayleids were explicit daedra worshipers that left Alinor because they weren't allowed to do that.
Mer initially fought against Lorkhan because of his trickery. They have been betrayed, they did not want this. Just accepting it? No, they were not defeatists, fought for their freedom and sought ways to escape it.
Dunmer is another case. While certainly not good guys, they just want to be left alone in their holy lands to live according to their customs. They were attacked by nords and imperials, the latter who forced foreign people into their lands. The imperials did nothing for them. Vivec of course is also at fault for this.
